The Home Fragrance Experts
Moonlit Melts is an ever growing wax melt & home fragrance company based in South West Wales.
Our fragrance blends are inspired both by well known fragrances & featured themed scents.
All of our products are lovingly hand made at our facility based in Pembrokeshire, South West Wales.
Our melts are all hand poured using 100% soy wax which is renewable, sustainable & non toxic. We use this wax because it burns away slower & cleaner than traditional paraffin based waxes, ensuring our customers benefit from a long lasting product.
Occasionally you may notice what is 'Frosting' on some of your wax melts. This is a common characteristic of a pure natural wax. Frosting can occur during curing, shipping and storing of melts and sometimes preventing it is nearly impossible due to changes in the environment. Whilst we do our utmost to stop this happening, it does occur. But don't worry! It does not have any effect on the scent or burning of your melts. If you notice this, it is an indication that 100% all natural wax has been used in the making of your melts.
It is reassuring to our customers that we are fully CLP compliant.
We have more recently branched out towards bath and body products, all of which are made with high quality ingredients. These include bioglitters and water soluble dyes which do not adversely affect the environment or stain your tub. We do not test any finished products on animals nor do we purchase from suppliers who test on animals.

What are the payment options?
As we always have, we accept PAYPAL, CARD/BANK TRANSFER.
Cash on local delivery/collection only.
We are delighted to announce we are now accepting CLEARPAY.
We also now offer eGift Cards with the recipient able to have these direct to their mailbox with a personalised message from the consumer.
Shipping & Returns
We currently offer UK standard delivery. Royal Mail tracked 3-5 day delivery.
As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days.
The items must be unopened and in original packaging.
We do not accept personalised items unless faulty & do not hold responsibility of minor breakages in transit although we do our utmost to minimise this.
